This month, Adobe has introduced a brand-new collection of animation presets for After Effects called Adobe Express. You can easily access them through the Effects & Presets window (see screenshot on the right).
The Adobe Express presets are designed to streamline three key types of animation movements: In, Looping, and Out. These are the kinds of movements commonly used by motion designers across various projects. With this preset collection, Adobe aims to make these repetitive tasks quicker and more efficient.
The presets are versatile and can be applied to images, shape layers, vector artwork, and video footage, offering a wide range of possibilities for enhancing your work.
To help you get a better understanding of these presets, I’ve created animated previews of each one below. These previews will save you time by showing you exactly how each preset works, so you can quickly decide which to use without trial and error.
